Ret received a well thought out buff that makes them great, but not OP. This is evident in togc logs and ICC prog logs.

Not a Goal – Make Retribution competitive with the highest output specs and classes in PvE. The utility of all Paladins cannot be overstated here and is absolutely a factor to consider still.

It seemed “obvious” that they wouldn’t revert the nerf for a second time, too, but here we are.
