Probably the worst season I’ve ever played in WoW

I think it made sense to split that part as I feel it’s not exactly the same subject.

The thing I think if I remember that someone I was listening was that they simply made too many changes in one go and that some players basically feel lost. Because personally when you take them alone I don’t think the changes they did are terrible moves depending of your vision of the content. They’ve raised the bar to get the same rewards as before which doesn’t go well with a lot of people.

For me Tyr+Fort in +10s was refreshing as a tank as I don’t have to do different routes depending of weeks and it means dungeons trash or bosses don’t suddenly melt a certain week. Moreover, Tyranical got nerfed a lot over time, we don’t have bosses lasting as much as some did in the past.

I think guile which made +12 much more challenging should have enticed some rewards. With no reason to push for score as much early of course people were simply gonna wait for more gear if they kept that wall. Which also a reason why I don’t mind +10 being a step, because you’re getting mythic gear for me that progression still feels great and when the difference with myth track and hero track is at least 13 ilvl I think that makes sense.

The problem Blizzard acknowledge as far as I know are lower keys not working well.

I also don’t really like blaming challenger peril because I like the concept. It basically give you more time if you are playing well. Keys could simply have tighter timers so you can’t wipe as many times which was the case in some previous seasons. I dont think timing keys in DF with 20-40 deaths made sense. I think terrible run backs are way more terrible than challenger peril.
