Seeing him on stream now almost 60 just hoping layers and aoe grinding maybe a good strat to abuse
Gnome huh? Checks out.
sounds lame to me. retail player ruining classic
Quite the contrary. Pserver vanilla 1.12 player.
This isn’t new. It happened when new servers were opened in classic and it happened with every xpac launch until they removed the “first” achievements. The only difference between now and say TBC launch is the way mobs act with layers.
Exploiting layering seems a bit like, oh I don’t know, an exploit. Does Blizzard have an official stance on this?
Never mind
Uh no. Method would be the retail casuals in this situation. In fact the big meme right now is that Method are getting beat by a bald gnome.
No, he isn’t. Method even falsely accused him of account sharing with a brother he doesn’t even have.
All right, thanks for clearing that up. Getting my stream reports mixed up here.
So he’s been up for 100+ hours straight? Given that hallucinations tend to begin around day 4 sans sleep, that stream should be getting mighty interesting shortly.
Seems to me streamers and racing ruins all of soul of classic. Like the dungeon grind meme running look at there faces dead inside.

You know this how exactly? Like people have not done the same since the beginning of this game.

i mean… layers were very much not something that existed in vanilla, so…

I dunno, if some people want to do nothing but grind SM all the way through the 30’s level range, it doesn’t bother me at all. I find it fascinating, in a way. It’s not something I want to do, though.

The whole spirit/soul of classic is subjective. Noone has the authority to say how the spirit or soul of classic should be and everyone can play how they want.
got to love it when “pro” players always have an excuse for why they got beat by some unknown at a video game, it the old “Oh I died because of stream sniping brah” excuse. Works every time.
No, but the same exact mentality has existed from the very beginning levels of this game.
Sad that layering is easy to abuse… it almost seems worse than beta.

Layering didn’t exist in vanilla or TBC and was specifically created for classic. You don’t know what you’re talking about.
