Priests, Warlocks, Mages, Shamans, Booms need BIG buffs for DPS

Hunters doing 2x everyone’s damage did need to be fixed because it was massively bugged but the rest is not worth messing with at this low level.

If we’re gonna be here for 2-3 months, i’d rather have my spec be actually able to be brought to raid, thank you
