i am certain i need this to learn a new rune. AND multiple people have told me the Nightelf in SW needs to be Kneeling. but he never is. PLEASE help

This was bug reported in the wow classic bug report section and is a known issue

Sharing the Faith Quest Bugged

Hey all, the supplicants not resetting properly is a known issue; thanks for the report! That said, Sharing the Faith is just a tutorial quest, so this isn’t blocking any rune acquisition.
