The spell says “activate to swap from one effect to the other, incurring a 6 second cooldown” but it does not properly swap back and forth. After I switch from Inner Light to Inner Shadow, it doesn’t let me switch back to Inner Light after the 6 second cooldown.
It also disappears from my action bar every time I load into a new instance.
The talent did not have this issue before the patch was released.
