I mean, only by technicality. The Mythic has some barely noticeable lightning effects.
There’s zero chance the wings are mythic/elite only. They’re the whole point of the set.
The green one is pretty sick. I just know they’re going to make me slum it in LFR like I had to do for the green one this tier. 
then theyll just strip the wing effect but leave the thing they come out of
I really hope not and really doubt it, but I guess we’ll see.

It is entirely possible that the lighting effect is only for the mythic/elite versions, and we’ll get that item that unlocks those effects for other difficulties like we got this season.

I’m actually leveling another priest that I might just end up using to waste catalyst charges and spark gear on. Just have the toon stay in the lfr and +2s area. Catalyzing low key gear is an easy way to get the appearance, but not feasible on main unless you’re uber lucky. GL in the mog grind. The true grind.
Yeah, I already have an alt for that. Made getting the LFR recolor a lot less painful this tier than it otherwise would have been. At least I didn’t have to feel guilty spending catalyst charges for xmog.

I like that the gloves and boots at minimum are plate reskins from SL, and I’m pretty sure the shoulders are plate reskins as well
Mythic sets havent been a strict upgrade since Bfa, things get slight effects now
I wants Purple but I also know it will be the one tied to something I don’t do.
