The other prey quests finally appeared for me and I completed all 4 but for some reason the table only shows 3/4 completed.
Still bugged 8 days later

Not sure if this is relevant guys, but in case it might help - someone on Reddit (2 more confirmed) that they fixed it somehow by using the “track” and “untrack” buttons in the quest’s description (log). Hope this might help…
Looks like I found the (Prey system is borked and Blizz doesn’t care) club.
So now I gotta just pretend this entire part of the game doesn’t exist.
I am having the same issue; I did take the portal and was unable to complete the quest. tabloe says “Hunt in Progress”.

This may just be a coincidence, but I was dumping Campaign quests, and it magically showed completed for me. Give it a shot.

I was able to fix this. You may have to untrack a quest.
Re-track the Prey quest for the enemy you killed and you can then click it out of the tracked quests you have and complete from there. Wanted to go to bed and was getting annoyed with no other options so screwing around clicking got me that. Hope it helps.
I did this successfully. I untracked any WQs and the box to complete came right up.
