However mana is becoming a significant issue, you just kind of pve while sitting cc because in melee range every 12 sec from rotation and 30 yd range
I don’t really know if we should never oom, but dmg is high enough that there’s not a viable disintegrate build anymore and I’m just not sure what evoker’s strength is supposed to be, other than keeping up with melee cleaves on mobility but rdru or rsham just do that better
I struggle to name a single comp prevoker is the top healer for except maybe sin/spriest which is very low tier since both dps are weak right now.
This isn’t fixed by bringing rsham or ret in line either.
Either buff the mana regen in arena significantly, revert the disintegrate mana nerf and allow it to partially refund essences if kicked or cc’d on it (having exactly one dps button feels boring), or something
