Running out of material.
Form your own premade, ez
You didnât give me any reason. You said youâre aware when teams have no premade. I only asked you how you think that is the case.
The interesting part is you thinking that premades are all in discord calling strats. Convenient excuse for people who want something to blame their losses on.
This isnât about which team has a premade. Itâs about which team does not have a premade. The person whom I responded to said they know when teams donât have a premade. The reality is that they do not know because it is not always blatantly obvious.
If you are not in voice combined with a bad%$& meta comp, you ainât doing it right. Period.
There is a reason RBGs use the most effective setups, right?
Human reaction time cannot compete with voice communication added in the mix.
This is universal with any organized group activity. In real life or in game.
ESP will only take us so far, it can work yes but is not the most efficient tool.
Now it is your turn, let us know how to tell.
You liked that ookering ya got eh?
Random BGs =/= RBGs.
When I do random BG premades with guildies weâre not sweating strats in discord, weâre talking smack on each others ugly transmogs.
Your quoted the answer. Itâs not always obvious if a team has no premade.
In general I expect that both teams will have a premade. But I also donât care. Itâs a pointless thing to cry about in a multiplayer team-based game. Focus on your own gameplay and what you could have done better for yourself.
Me thinks mister Hercx is running out of materialâŠ
You think other people think like this because, most likely you think this way.
Another universal thing in life.
The real facts, is that a better matchmaking system would be a quality of life for this game. Things change and they can become better than before, wild right?
Having more competitive games on average, I would welcome with open arms.
As it stands, this looks to be the way for the majority of players here too.
And hey, since players canât seem to find the premade groups.
Maybe they can create some unique banners around each teams nameplates, so we can find them.
This would go well with the new and improved, matchmaking system.
If you want matchmaking then there is already a solution for you.
Play rated.
What % of the PVP player base would this fall under?
which i am⊠i know when my team isnât a premade and i know when theyâre a premade when itâs the same 5 man group thatâs been queuing together for months. itâs really simple, i promise.
If you do enough epics, you figure out whoâs leading pretty quick most of the time. And I strat call solo all the damn time. Solo qâd nowâŠ
I donât agree with this, I run solo and most of the time the PUG groups are filled with people who donât care have no gear and are just there for free exp. The only way to have a team that you can count on is to bring like minded like geared individuals that have a goal and want to win. Blizzard is lacking in this department, I see teammates that show up missing gear or still wearing i-lvl 7-9 grey items all the way through 59. The biggest reply I get when asking âwhy donât you have gearâ is the typical âit doesnât matterâ, âthis isnât ratedâ, âthis isnât 60â. I for one am tired of having a team of incompetent, undergeared and non caring teammates. This is why I personally run premades, so I have a chance for a real game and actual teammates who want to win.
- if it doesnât matter why do undergeared players even join a BG?
- the BG system is a competitive TEAM event, if half your pug is not geared or doesnât care good luck winning!
- if you sign up to play a competitive sport (say football) you donât have to be in the Super Bowl to start caring and wearing gear. No matter what level you play (in a competitive team event) you are required to wear gear. You would never be allowed to play football without a helmet and some protection.
My children when they were 8 played local league soccer, they were required to wear equipment to play on the field. I donât get why Blizzard does not implement a very basic gear score requirement to join a (competitive team event) Battle grounds PvP is a TEAM event requiring all players to do their part!!
The BG brackets are broken down into groups and should have basic requirements:
10-19 should have 10 i-lvl min⊠i have seen as low as 3 I-lvl (yes Iâm not joking)
20-29 should have a 20 i-lvl minimum to join I have seen as low as 12
30-39 should have a 30 i-lvl minimum to join I have seen as low as 14
40-49 should have a 40 i-lvl minimum to join I have seen a low of 28
50-59 changes due to stat squish but bare minimum should still be 50, Iâve seen 38
This doesnât seem like rocket science and the I-lvl should make it easy but I have seen so many bad players that donât care and show up missing gear (YES MISSING) up in the 40âs. I have seen players still wearing start zone (exiles reach gear) above 40⊠this gear is 7-9 I-lvl. I have also seen kids in RP gear with ZERO stats grey items that (LOOK COOL) but do nothing for their base stats.
You wonder why some people PREMADE? itâs because we canât count on the pug teammates to care enough to have basic gear.
Put in a gear score requirement and more solo pug players will show up, I used to solo BGâs all day long. Now days I will wait for my teammates to get on so I actually have a team worth fighting with.
I donât BG to babysit, I come to have a competition and attempt to win. I am not here for free exp (thatâs what dungeons and quests are for)
BG BATTLE ground:
Battle definition. a sustained fight between large organized armed forces.
Battle definition⊠fight or struggle tenaciously to achieve or resist something.
canât do either of these if you donât have gear
PvP (player vs Player)
Meaning EVERY member of your TEAM needs to do their part, not come in looking for a free carry with below level gear and canât contribute to the win.
competitive sports rules: definition
Sports rules are the regulations that govern competitive games and are agreed upon by teams in order to set the structure of a sport . Through a competitive set of rules, sports regulations are designed to ensure the safety of both the athletes and the equipment involved in the sport without prohibitively impacting the intentions of the gameplay.
YES equipment involved. when you compete there is REQUIRED GEAR
âQuick! kill the smart one!â
Whatever percent puts effort into their game.
All I pretty much do is random bgs. A well balanced game is so much fun. But lately, yeah there are a lot of premades in rated gear that just walk all over the other team. I guess it is fun for them but I am not sure why as there is no challenge for them. I have just about lost interest - either give players a way to access the rated gear via the untold amount of wasted honor I have never used becuase there is nothing left to spend it on really or make item lvl cap for randoms that anyone can achieve without doing rated. Or is the real point of obtaining rated gear to destroy âlesserâ players in radom bgs? I could see that being a thing.
A 2 man premade versus a 20 man synced group is a premade versus premade match though the team with the 2 man premade wonât feel it so
did about 10 bgs today and 8 of them were alliance premades
What kind of a wimp insults someone and then puts them on ignore right away? Splashxo thatâs who! LOL
