Premade Battlegrounds

I have recently started watching videos of people talking about classic and things they will be doing and one of the major plans people have is to make Premade groups for farming pugs in Battlegrounds for R13/14.

Over time will this cause many of the more casual pvpers to just stop playing or joining bgs? I’m sure some will get sick of it and form their own pugs but as we can see with retail most people dislike premade groups as it’s too large an advantage when fighting random groups. I honestly find random groups on both sides the most fun in WoW myself as long as the pugs are playing to win.

I will be joining a Premade myself after I practice for a while with my class but I don’t see this being healthy for the games less hardcore pvpers and I was wondering how you guys think this will affect things.

This was common place in Original Classic WoW, and players adapted and formed their own pre-made to counter the war effort put forth by the high warlords and grand marshals.

I played both with and against the rank grinders on both sides of the fence, and I can tell you with out a doubt there was some very good rank players and some really bad ones, just like there are really good Rank1 players now days and some really bad ones, but it was obvious then just as it’s obvious now being the majority of the players in the PVP system are very good when at the upper echelon of play.

Now on the other side of the fence I have both played against really good non-ranked players in both the old PVP system and the modern one. With that said, it’s not hard to figure out that even the non-rank players can form a strong group capable of crushing their enemies.
