Predictions for Midnight?

the only reason blood elves are horde is because the horde needed pretty characters

also blood elf players dont deserve any reverence

they have been Horde longer then other races. We are loyal.

Nah. Blizzard will incorporate it in the Eastern Kingdoms map. They have been wanting to for a long time - and current technology will easily allow it.

All Midnight specific Quel’Thalas content will be phrased.

Void portal sucks a chunk of Quel’thalas into a dumpster dimension orbiting around the black-hole body of Dimensius the All-Devourer. Other zones will include similarly-gathered chunks of Farahlon (from Draenor) and Ka’resh (the Ethereal homeworld).

Ethereals will finally become a neutral playable race.

I predict my guildies and I will have a good time exploring the content and hanging out together.

An item level squish and the addition or removal of new (or previously used) secondary stats on items.

Alright, let’s say they go BfA here and have faction specific cities. If Horde gets the beautiful elf city, where do Alliance get an ugly one that balances it out?

Does this mean
we take back Lordaeron for the living, but we still haven’t gotten all the green slime out yet?

I mean, this is the basis of a lot of theory crafting. We take a deep look a small details that a lot of times mean absolutely nothing  I guess I’m asking that you don’t try to take the fun out of it for me.

But since you asked what my theories are, my top are as follows:
A.) haronir become playable
B.) new class
C.) We “defeat Xally” but find out her plan wasn’t as nefarious as we assumed
D.) we fight a Void Lord, the Dimencious-esque being we’ve been told is heading our way

Draenei move in a real city instead of Exodar. TBC repeat basically.

Silvermoon will be fixed and made whole. Xalatath will recover the Dark Heart. It will be used in a void attack which will cut the city into two

My predictions:

  • Expansion starts with the void invasion ‘tentative’. Raid and last zone takes place at a completely reworked Isle of Quel’danas, buildings and places included, with new areas. At the end of Season 1 the Sunwell is completely absorbed by the Dark Heart to trigger the thick of the invasion: the summoning of a huge void floating continent.
  • Season 2 is about regrouping and most of it takes place on the Rootlands, both to make Midnight less of a one-note expansion but also to resolve the Black Blood plot, which could help with the main fight. Maybe we can even reverse-weaponize it.
  • Season 3 happens on the floating void continent when we finally find a way to gain access to it and is where we face Dimensius, which is seen in 11.2 K’aresh plot, but not fought directly just yet. This void zone travels through Azeroth every week, warping reality of the zone it’s at and making it some sort of secondary endgame area. We get a special version of dungeons of those areas to function as the new patch Delves, This happens to 6 old Vanilla zones only. After this patch is over, we can gain access to this event via Zidormi.

EDIT:
Forgot to mention that we’ll see Quel’thalas and the Ghostlands completely restored from the plague, via a group of Tauren and Blood Elves that took in Druidism. Silvermoon becomes a neutral capital as a treat among the Thalassian Elves is forged. High Elves do not become an Allied Race, but both Blood and Void elves get more customization options to better represent that niche.

We start Midnight with Ethereals as a new neutral race (coming from K’aresh at the last TWW season introducing them), and the same thing will happen to Haranir with the Last Titan.

To make up for the Horde losing one capital city to neutrality, Undercity is finally rebuilt looking more badass than ever.

Its gonna be a mid expansion

My prediction is a much more expansive cash shop.

Then Garrosh died and so the reason for that thought died with him.

I just hope my city doesn’t become overfilled with male human paladins.

Paladins for all races.

Sylvanas will return as per anduin

We’re going to see a reunification of all elves not just Thalassian Elves.

Lor’themar is married to Thalryssa and the Nightborne will play a part of the story, Shandris will show up as the new leader of the Night Elves to seek reunification of sorts with the Shal’dorei.

Zul’Aman will be given an entire zone, not just an instance.

Silvermoon or the Sunwell will be captured by the void. We’ll only see part of Silvermoon restored.

The Ghostlands will see some restored to pre-Arthas but not all.

One of the Blood Elf leaders (Lor’themar, Aethas, Rommath or Halduron) will die, I’m guessing Rommath or Halduron.

Rommath was mean to the alliance which is a guranteed death sentence. I hope I am wrong since he is my favorite character among the not dead elves.

Hopefully finally getting a new model. I kind of hate the generic ‘scout’ attire she wears that doesn’t even resemble Night Elves.

Maybe is Rommath
his ‘character niche’ kind of overlaps with Aethas.

100% agree. I expected one in BfA since she played a larger roll and then nothing
and nothing again in SL or DF. She’s way overdue.
