Make a spec with / without precision and switch spec and look at your paper doll it stays the same. ECS addon report the % change but it’s innacurate, it just checks if you have points in precision. It will report 5% more but on your paper doll it doesn’t change the %
Fix this ASAP
It’s probably just a bug with the character sheet.
The hit % on your character sheet doesn’t take in account your talents.
It’s the same on my warlock. Suppression talented, it’s not reflected in my character sheet but it definitely is working as intended.
So explain to me how it does with Expertise? I’m gonna do a parse and see once and for all.
Then they should fix the paper dolls. What’s the point of having stats that are not even accurate.
Serrated blades doesn’t add armor penetration percentage to your character sheet stats. That is just how it is.
Hit talents such as precision are working. They just don’t reflect in the character sheet. This has been common knowledge for years.
