I refunded mine. For the first time ever I was actually going to buy collectors. Then found out you cant get ANY of the ingame stuff until right before launch. Oh, and the early access… “3-Day early access to Midnight may be impacted by shipping dates.” For something digital, you may get screwed because Blizzard doesn’t know how to automate a damn thing.
Just to add a bit to that. i had to buy another digital copy to get access to housing. Which will be refunded as game time. Gee thanks. So they get to use my money for the next 3 months without interest . Highway robbery is what it is. Provide a digital code at purchase!

Not to mention that the $90 or whatever you spent will be going back to Blizzard credit and not back on your card. Thats what pissed me off even more. You are forced to spend that money with them whether you like it or not.

AMEN Brother (or Sister given the user name)! If I hadn’t purchased the CE From Blizzard then I would understand maybe not getting the digital code, but holy cow, its 2025/26….it shouldn’t be this hard to do.
If you buy the collector’s edition, do you have early housing access?
Yes, you do.
You can start collecting Decor and earning House XP even without Midnight.
This applies to all versions of Midnight, Base, Epic etc.
Can you purchase a lot and build your house if you didn’t also order the digital edition?
I am not sure. I actually did not read the Collecters Edition qualifier you said, sorry. Not sure how that all works.
This is actually false information here. If you buy the collectors edition, you don’t have early access to anything until the box arrives at your place of residence.
Everyone (pre-purchase or not) can start collecting things, but without the codes of digital pre-purchase, you can not interact with housing beyond that.
So can you guys actually ship the thing please? Early access isn’t that far away.

I ordered mine in October last year and early access is tomorrow and I’m still missing my package as it says in my account that it hasn’t even been shipped yet…
So Blizzard what are we going to do for those who order the CE Midnight and it hasn’t even been shipped yet when early access starts tomorrow..? I ordered the most expensive tier and it’s not even here on time so I’ll be missing early access 
Pretty much robbery what they are doing. You have to do what the rest of us have done to get housing and such, buy a digital copy. Then they will refund that when you get the collectors edition, but its store credit. For your subscription or other games etc
So much stuff to play also new Diablo season coming soon. I’m going to be busy
