This sucks I was looking at the forums and hoped that blizzard would of emailed people the codes for the digital CE via email and then just send the sealed physical goods of the CE but it sounds like they are doing what they did with TWW CE and while I did get my money back once i redeemed my code it was annoying I had to buy it twice.
Hi there, my account is based in US servers, however I’ve since moved to Europe. For previous Collectors Editions, I purchased from the US Gear store and shipped it to Europe. The webpage to pre-order says shipping is only to US and North America. How can I get a collector’s edition shipped to Europe that can be used for an account based in the US? I’ve previously been told that you have to buy the CE from the location where your account is based (even though the code to unlock in-game is digital…), is this still true? Or can I buy from the EU shop and redeem for a US account? Thanks!
Cant say I’m too hyped about the whole pack, but I would love to be able to just purchase a copy of the book!

Why is it not yet up on the EU-Gear Store?
So, are we going back to “No, we will not provide you your Epic Product Key with physical purchase until it shows up” after we went through the hassle of actually getting them early, digitally, during Dragonflight?
Because if this doesn’t ship until say… February-March (or whenever it launches), and housing early access is December 2nd… how do we get to use it? That is an advertised feature for ALL pre-orders. And no, it is not acceptable to have to buy it digitally, and then this physically AS WELL, only to then get reimbursed, and the money is trapped in your ecosystem. That is turning $139.99 into $199.98, effectively (and is before factoring in shipping and conversion, due to me being Canadian).
Maybe the better option is to NOT put a product key in the Collector’s Edition (like Diablo 4 base game did), and sell JUST the collectables, and have us buy the Epic Edition digitally?
Except it is not. They actually issued codes with The War Within early. I got an email, from the Gear Store, with my product code, on June 10th of 2024, I did not have my Collector’s Edition until mid-August.
Because the community raised up arms about it.
The fact that Housing is listed IN THE IMAGE for this edition, as being early access, is flat-out misleading, if we will not have the feature until this physically arrives. I would hope that many EU customers, where consumer protection laws are FAR stronger, can make this a reality.

Off-topic as hell, but okay… Oh no, you cannot use combat addons to tell you how to fight anymore. Everything else is going to stay. Not Blizzard’s fault that the WeakAura devs won’t rewrite their addon to work within the scope of the new framework.
So AU and NZ need to buy from local retailers, but how will we get access to hte early access content?

I wish it came with more physical stuff in it. Like perhaps a statue of Arator, or Lor’themar, and perhaps some nice frameable prints, of of the ones we can have in our WOW homes.

Not buying the expansion unless enough of the addon changes are reverted to keep party frame addons (Vuhdo, Healbot, Cell, Grid, etc) working.
The state of the base UI for Midnight has me very concerned given that core addons are being killed off. I need to see radical improvements before I can consider purchasing Midnight. I’m holding onto hope that these improvements will come, it’s too early to tell one way or the other yet, but that’s going to impact my decision to buy the expansion.

Considering I purchased the physical CE through the BLIZZARD STORE you’d think that BLIZZARD could tell BLIZZARD. Its 2025, surely there’s a way for them to do this without requiring us to throw $100 into a hole in the ground for what, up to NINE months? Make it make sense.
