What Guardian druid?
Icyveins writers are garbage at the game lol you won’t catch me looking at a guide
You’ll find a guide elsewhere then. There will be a BIS and if you plan to do serious raiding prog or M+ or rated PVP, you will be running it unless you don’t care about being bottom of DPS charts and being kicked or called out for poor performance or dying non stop in PVP.
The most srs bsnss thing I’m going for is KSH and you definitely don’t have to minmax every little detail to get to that lol
Idk what your deal here is there’s a lot of variety for how you want to approach an encounter and its been like that for awhile. It’s players who think you go on WoWhead, Icyveins, or etc and copy paste whatever it says who think like this and then get shellshocked when they go in game and it doesnt work for them because they still lack a fundamental understanding of their class’s strengths/weaknesses and cooldown priorities as an encounter unfolds
Anyone who’s serious about raiding and M+ and rated PVP should know their class well by now, unless they are starting an evoker or change mains. No excuses otherwise. It will really show who’s trying and who’s not in their talents when raid numbers and M+ numbers show in the addons.
Im gonna log and check for sure it might help my decision but for me real pre-patch is november 15
In my fair opinion, they needed to do a reset on the talent system we had since MoP. It started off with a bang but slowly over time it felt like they couldn’t do anything with it and only just changed when you learned those talents over the years. It also felt they followed no model formula for all the classes and specs as some specs and classes got baked in stuff to the class that others had to talent (To me that was a problem).
I hope everyone gets to enjoy the new system and experiment, till the launch of DF.
I still find I don’t need a guide to avoid damage and press buttons lol. “Optimal builds” which are based on a guy pressing the button for a robot to run numbers are not representative of real gameplay situations
If you really wanted to run the numbers, Arbiter’s Judgement is the best legendary for raiding. If everyone had it equipped, the damage potential for the raid is beyond measure.
But no one used it!
So long as you stay out of raiding and M+ and rated PVP, sure. But if you join a serious group of that kind, don’t be surprised when your dps is in the garbage bin cause “fun talents” and your a carry and get kicked. That’s the reality of M+ and raiding.
I really think the new talent system is the best of both worlds, once they iron out the kinks with balance. The choice nodes that let you swap between certain talents basically leaves the best part of the old talent system intact.
Its not lol
Absolutely. Although I don’t think I’ll be depressed. I never enjoyed the talent system and loved the old trees. The new trees still don’t let you dip into multiple specs at once so hybrids still won’t return. I’m okay with that, although I miss my Frost/Blood DK from WotLK. That was an OP tank. With LFR and random queues, I totally get why hybrids are gone. There were a lot of really bad hybrids running around back then.
good luck today everyone
