currently have a 47% healing reduc wound poison on PTR so to answer your question, yes they can

MS effects were doubled for PvE, probably to add some sort of healing mechanics to bosses since they are running out of ideas.
In PvP it will be halfed (25% war/hunter/WW, 23.5% for rogue).

Ugh I’m trying, I told him to delay it so I had a bit more time to grind out Gladiator. Only need 2350 more rating so hopefully he listens

No it will be 50% less then the PvE counterpart. So rogue is applying a 47% reduction in healing in PvE, half of that is 23.5% in PvP.

Tell ur dad it’s time to delete rogues who are either 1. Undead male 2. Using cursed vision of sargeras 3. Rogues with glad and target themselves 4. Rogues who play assas rmp and think it’s hard.

How last time I seen wound poison stacks it stopped at 15% and I was gonna cry because warrior still has the 25% or 50% one
