heres the more brown looking with the skin change that i think looks a little better definitely more deathwing vibes with this tried to recreate the head as much as possible pre corruption of course since there’s no fire skin or metal plate effects

Made some slight adjustments since last time.
Changed ears to medium horns, and changed horn color to a nice one that fades to a lighter color, so i can have light horns and dark claws.
I also wanted to work the color blue in there because i’d be playing primarily devastation (want both red and blue represented somewhere), so i changed my eye color. Also trying rhino snout again, i just like having the horn there on a shorter snout, but i wish the jaw were bigger. Splashed some red on the face too to spice it up.
Gonna try and keep it on brand when the visage comes out. Black scales, hair, red highlight, and blue eyes. Might take liberties on the horns, depending on what looks better for the head shape.

It’ll be very interesting to see Dracthyr designs a few years down the line, once everyone has been able to tweak and refine.
As of this post, it seems like the visages are also up on the beta dressing room. Unsure how much of it is complete though.

I’m disappointed in the lack of aquatic adornments for the visage form given their existence in the draconic form as well as the current lack of darker skin tone options that exist for other races.

Though gear doesn’t work quite right on them, which is probably why Wowhead hasn’t announced it yet.

Edit: Had some time to fiddle and it seems first draft is best draft. Think i nailed it. May not marry myself to the red hair, but we’ll see.

Came out better than I thought he would.
I also messed with his armor while in his natural form, I think the blue/silver is the better option, what do you guys think?

Was going to post my dracthyr yesterday. Made a reeeeally cool looking purple one. But I gotta be honest, my hype for the race was pretty much murdered after the Soar nerf so considering her super cool great big purple wings pierced with loops are going to be pointless to use in The Dragon Isles, I kinda gave up on partaking. Was really cool that Wowhead let us make our dracthyr in the model viewer, though!
