Possible to have a Macro with Raptor Strike/Kill command?

Just looking to tie Kill Command to a macro so its used everytime i attack instead of using it seperate.

its used everytime i attack instead of using it seperate.

Both abilities are on GCD and will conflict. Meaning the first line will activate, but set a GCD which will prevent the second.
