Sylvanas isn’t going anywhere, probably going to be a raid like Jaina (Which Horde wanted to kill her for ages, so there’s that), then Sylvanas is either possessed, fake, or some other lame thing. She’s too big among some fans.
Thinking back though the banshee in strathholme can possess anybody too. I dunno! I don’t know too much how that stuff works haha but it did seem that she required the val’kyrs for help to get back into her body when it was shot…
I mean… most undead bodies are pretty much torn apart and nonfunctional anyways. Why would getting shot matter unless it did something to their soul as well?

She’s goes to the darkside, is trusted by no one, commits some atrocities but at the very end when faced with a godlike evil bent on destroying everyone she manages to become the savior of the universe… or in this case Azeroth.
They also have rear ends. Oddly enough sources tend to come from rear ends.
I have it on the highest authority that after we stab Sylvanas, she possesses the body of Mekkatorque (whatever exactly its state is with respect to vitality – is he dead? is he in a coma? is he sharing a freezer compartment next to Walt Disney’s head?).
We live in a bizarre modern day where words mean what anyone wants them to mean despite a dictionary stating otherwise.
