Portal from caverns of time to stormwind dropping people in the ocean

Just posted about this before seeing this post. What is going on lol

Portal to Stormwind broken, and more

I clicked on the portal to Stormwind at the entrance to Caverns of Time, where the anniversary event is, and it teleported me out into the middle of the ocean to the east of Swamp of Sorrows. ?? Then I tried using my Cloak of Coordination to teleport to Stormwind and it teleported me to Trisfal Glades, outside of Undercity without triggering the cooldown on the cloak. ???
