Do the populations shown on classic realms reflect how many characters are made for each server? I always thought it had to do with how many people were actually logged on.
How many are logged in. It’s why servers like Whitemane will most likely be High Pop, while Faerlina would most likely be Full Pop.
I expect them to balance out at some point, we’ll find out as the launch progresses into its second month.

Thanks that makes more sense to me.
I am pretty sure they indicated the pop shown will be an indicator of the pop when people log on. No one has logged on yet so they all should be low if that was a requirement now.
Although this just says relative.
