I am at rank 14, with 2 Vessels in my bag and 87,000 Coalescing Visions.
I have a level one cloak on my main and zero cloaks for my alts.

I got my main to 13 last night. I will get to 15 eventually…
Also I have about 3 alts in the 6-8 range as well which I was using to farm the mail muncher mount. Finally got it a few days ago on an alt in stormwind.

It’s kinda sad that “no cloak” ended up being the 2nd most selected answer on this poll, out of almost 2000 votes.
8 and i couldnt care less to level it any higher
My main is with the cloak at 8, jus need one more vision to go to 9, and my other 3 alts at 5, the rest I will not get the legendary cloak.
The point is just that the kind of people who hang around the forum all day every day and answer these kinds of polls are also more likely than not to be the kind of people who also engage with this kind of content religiously, and Blizzard knows the poll results will skew in their favour.
If Blizzard released the official stats they already possess on the cloak progress of all level 120 characters, there’d be considerably fewer than 44% (at the time of posting) anywhere near max cloak level, and that wouldn’t serve quite as well as propaganda.

A bad theme on the 2 xpacs, they’re just an annoying chore that ends up having the process basically handed to us - it’s only really relevant for like the first few weeks of an xpac and it just causes problems

My main mage and alt DH are at max rank.
Other 10+ alts are parked at rank 9. I’ll progress them when I feel like it.
I don’t feel like doing dailies on them, but I at least try to do assaults to start saving for vessels.
