What I want is the ability to play the old content with it being scaled to what ever character you want.
We already have the tech in the game, just let me hit a button and have it let my characters play content I really enjoyed.

They’re doing that with the new 8.2.5 party sync feature, actually. You can do any lower level quests and dungeons and get rewarded with current rewards when helping a friend level (or multiple friends).

The alliance vs. horde conflict needs to die. It doesn’t work anymore.
Alternative factions should be introduced such as the Scarlet Crusade, Defias, Scourge, etc like factions to add extreme layers into the game with each having incentives of their own.

As far as I know, it doesnt include things like raids. If it does, then I may have to bribe someone to not level past 70.

Seems like a ruse to get people to go to that discord! But I’ll bite 
I liked “The Truth Behind Elune.” I picked that one, since it was different from the other next expansion stuff, or the obvious fake ones.
You left out something for “Alliance and Horde, together!”:
All I’ve wished for is something like in Legion, but where we could tag each other’s mobs (not “grayed” out.) It made no sense that they were still grayed out in that, similar to how mobs are even grayed out in Vanilla/Classic with your own faction not in your group.
I don’t want the Alliance and Horde to be pals, grouping up, but the “graying out” thing has never made sense.
As far as the leveling squish:
Yes, but only if it speeds up leveling and works with a new talent tree.
Blizzard already said it won’t do that, it would be exactly the same but just cut in half/squished. That is why I don’t see the point of a leveling squish, “OK, now I’m 60 instead of 120, while things are EXACTLY the same. So what is the point?”
Maybe you should also post the results here and not force people to join your discord.

You clearly spent a lot of time on this the only suggestion I would have made was to add the option for the people who dont do the content to opt out of answer so like a * this dosnt pertain to me or I dont know choice for a few of them but overall I thought it was well put together and I really hope blizz takes a look at it and sees what players feel
