Personally, Outlaw after like level 50 or so, gives me the warm fuzzies. big dopamine hit every time one of my skills duplicates.

Tanks are going to get a lot of votes, because they have a fast ramp up in damage, and no vulnerability problem after the fight. Ret also falls into this category
Classes that are very slow to start a fight like demo, or very slow to recover from a close fight like (pure dps) are going to feel less great
My favorites are guardian druid, sub rogue, and arcane mage, all of them have some absurd strength which I like to leverage
