No Pepe here either. Renown 27. I will try restarting the client when I log in next. This has worked for other items not showing.
Pepe now shows up as the Plunderstorm variant sometimes!
I hadn’t seen him through the whistle yet, and not for lack of trying. However if you talk to Da’kash Grimledger in the lobby and select “I would like the good Captain to accompany me during the storm.” you get Pepe the Plunder Lord on your head. I went ahead and logged off the match and switched. I blew the whistle and he appeared in game. You may just need to “unlock” it by requesting him from Grimledger first.

I got him in game after reset last week, then he was also available in plunderstorm, but i saw him in retail before i did plunderstorm after the reset
