Killed 7 people in the last game in the new PvP mode. Got 226 plunder total. Surely this is a mistake? Its better to PvE and hard farm than to PvP in the new BR PvP game mode?

Not to mention this is a limited time offering… which means players are incentivized not to play the game but instead drop in, farm a quest, then die… over and over. Thats the current meta.
This has been an interesting strategy on mixing two very disliked systems. Limited time FOMO inducing events, and yet another renown bar. I dont know if this is a beta test for another game, or another potential game mode?? But it wasnt ready to be an official patch.
