Does the count of Rated Blitz wins reset with new season?

I have been running Solo Rated Blitz matches for the Legion druid tints that require 10 RBG wins. The queues are long & I am not such a good player.

I have gotten 5 wins towards my 10. If the worst were to happen & I cannot get all 10 before season 2, will my win count go back to zero making me start over again from no wins at all?

I cant seem to find any formal answer to this. Thank you so much for any information :slight_smile:

I believe you just need to get 10 total done regardless of season.

Thank you so much. I hope my 5 wins will still count even if my attempts to win the full 10 extend to season 2 of Blitz:)

Is there a good way to track this? I’ve been doing Blitz on alts for fun in the off season and I would be curious to see if I’m close to the 10 win threshold on some of those.

There’s nothing to track because they don’t apply.

Blitz wasn’t in the game when those were coded so it’s only rbg wins.

All you need, is 10 RBG wins, period.

Season doesn’t matter in the slightest.

This monk is my Legion character, I dusted him off just to get the red Mage Tower tint from doing 10 RBGs- and yes, they indeed counted.

I was pleased, won’t ever stop using this weapon lol.

Nope, Blitz counts. I got it done on this guy, for his mage tower tint.

Blitz is rated RBG just with a solo queue, for all other intents and purposes, it’s identical.

It also unlocked the colors for the other specs I play.

That was hotfixed on September 6th.

It’s the first note under “Player vs Player”.

Thank you so much for the verification! So happy you love your weapon. It took me over 600 Guardian runs & 300+ to get the Feral & Werebear appearances, so those were all I did.

I am so excited for the purple tint & black werebear. I will use them so much :slight_smile:

Lol, I made SURE to check before I ever started BGs. I’m pretty old & don’t see so well so it had to count for me to attempt.

I think it was only Sept 24 they changed it so you probably just didn’t know and Blitz did NOT used to count:) No worries!
