it’s very telling that 97% of top Arms Warriors on warcraft logs for CN use Signet. Regardless of how much better it is, I think it’s very unhealthy that there is that clear of a BiS for a spec.

But it’s not the best. For non-venthyr warriors, unhinged is competitive if not better in st.
