I’m listening to it now. So far I have heard one mention of CM appearances that came up in a discussion relating to account-wide raid and dungeon teleports. The discussion was only about what is and isn’t account-wide, as well as what could become account-wide in the future!
During the 2000 pet achievement discussion, there was a discussion about the mount achievement and how the mount achievement is tuned so collectors do not have to feel stressed over not getting mounts that are “no longer earnable.”
I did have a slight chuckle over the “why so many recolored mount” question 
Part of that discussion, Ion did say they want specific mounts to show off as having done something “impressive at the time.”
During a discussion about profession progression, Ion made that comment that his blacksmith has recipes that are “impossible to ever get again.”
So, nothing black and white. That is until the 21st minute of the video…here we go:
“Very unlikely” to come back in future expansions. Those rewards mean “you were there, you did the thing, you missed it you missed it.” They don’t want to “expand” that much, but they are “likely to preserve it as it stands.”
Sorry OP. It’s not going to happen anytime soon, if ever.
