Pre-12.0 we had Sheer Terror (fear takes more damage to break) as a choice with Void Tendrils (root), and Petrifying Scream (targets don’t run) as a choice with Psychic Voice (fear cooldown reduction).
Now, the nodes are Sheer Terror or Petrifying Scream, and Void Tendrils and Psychic Voice. These choices should be reverted to their previous positions, so we can spec into root and 30s fear, and don’t need to take the low-impact options of a very-nerfed sheer terror and petrifying scream.
This change would have no negative impact on PvE CC-rotations and help significantly in PvP (where the loss of our stun is sorely felt) as we would be able to keep 30s fear and add in the 4-second root after (down from an 8-second root we could cast independently).
