One caveat, the default behavior is for guild members to auto-pass in rclootcouncil. But if the group is distributing loot with no rhyme or reason you shouldn’t be in that group. I am our guilds loot master and while sometimes there is no way to “fairly” distribute it, in which case it goes to best for raid. But I promise there are loot masters out there who do not show favoritism and try very hard to ensure loot is handled well.
