The advantage to this thing is that it lets you fiddle with your enhancements by giving you a big stat stick.

The downside of course is that the sub bonuses it gives for synergies are statistically negligible.

Having an extra ~280 stats, even if they’re not amazing stats is what makes this trinket pull ahead of other trinkets.

But the problem is that this requires 4 other people to have the trinket, and Trinket real-estate is pretty tight this tier to justify having one sucker run Versatility or whatever to buff everyone else.

Essentially meaning it’s only good in raids when enough other people have it. I’ll stick to trinkets that are good no matter what I’m doing, thanks :stuck_out_tongue:

I pressed ‘W’ through 5 timewalking dungeons and got mine from the box, at the beginning of the patch.

I feel sad I still don’t have the class trinket on my main. They shouldn’t remove it just because I’ve been unsuccessful in getting it. They shouldn’t remove the chromatic essence trinket because you have gotten it as well.

It’s not a very rare trinket, i have seen multiple drop at once. It’s not an unobtainable item. If you aren’t getting it then you should probably have your guild do a better system for loot or save up your “guild loot system” to get higher on the list to receive it. IF your relying on pugging then blame RNG for not giving you a need roll high enough to win.

It’s also not BiS for everyone, only 14 (Frost Dk, all 3 Mages, all 3 shaman, balance druid, holy pal, dev evoker, shadow priest, arms and furry warrior, BM hunter) out of 38 specs want it as and S tier trinket or in their top 3

Sure it’s BiS for a lot of classes but it isn’t a necessity, I do just fine with my 2nd bis trinket.

Never been in a heroic raid this xpac and got heroic beacon…

There are so many choices for dps trinkets. I am sure finding 2 decent ones isn’t the hardest thing?

As a healer, I farmed the heart on LfR, normal, and heroic for weeks. It was kind of rare for our guild. It dropped and I got it last week, and also got the healing trinket from the megadungeon. Then, got the heart in my vault that following Tuesday. Lol.

This game is goofy.

I did however get the ominous, dragonscale, rainsong, spoils, and pretty much every int dps trinket from dungeons though pretty quick.

(The ominous and scale were from my vault as I was only going to roll on the heart during raid)

It’s going to be ok, we don’t need to remove anything from the game. :people_hugging:

Hopefully it is just around the corner for you OP and all of your farming yields this trinket via vault or drop soon!
