I remember when Legion started and the mage in town had a great big dismount/disenchant field around him. Blizzard was having absolutely no day one shenanigans from the players.
At the time that was important to them.
Blizzard can win, when they care.

an obvious fix would be to have w/e object being covered get a +741% size increase so it’s bigger than the mount or w/e is covering it

Blizzard installed tons of mailboxes in the main cities to counter this. However, in dzar’alor, I suppose it could be a problem, since there are only two and they’re a minute apart.

Just have a small radius surrounding the person/object that players can’t penetrate.

How about making mailboxes, and NPC quest staging areas a “no mount” zone.

And make sure you put no z axis limit on it so people flying overhead get dismounted and go crashing to their deaths. You know like the quillboar dungeon in Barrens used to do?

Yes big ol’ mounts blocking mailboxes among other things has always been an annoyance in WoW. I got tired of it and have a macro that lets me “get around” the problem.

Stuff like that irritates the bajerbers out of me. Like when Garrisons fist went in the only mailbox was up by the town hall, I asked several times that they put one down near where the small plots are (salvage, bank, crafting, etc) and in one of the patches they finally added it. You’re welcome. I have also been posting suggestions for them to add more mailboxes in the bank area of Boralus. Who knows, maybe in several years we’ll finally get another mailbox. Disgusted.
People need to utilize the “Suggestion” feature in the game to tell them what we want/need!

Its not really the mounts that are the problem but the potions they use to enlarge them. There are 2 or 3 they can use together to get even bigger, not sure which ones exactly though.
I wouldn’t mind seeing these potions removed, and/or giving players an option to see stuff at default size regardless of the potions.

Can you please remove all the other players in the game as well? Their entire purpose is to grief other players and they get in the way of my quest givers and mailboxes.
