Never gonna happen but if a demonic race ever did become playable, be it sayaad, eredar, nathrezim or even a ganarg, I would be the first to support it.
Speaking of ganarg, I’m still sad they got replaced after BC. Wyrmtongue are good and all, but I miss my little kamikaze Ganarg bombers. Even Moarg aren’t the same since they got turned from scientific frankenstein monsters into generic brutes…

More on topic, I’d love whips as weapons. Not for the, uhh, rp stuff, but because I just like them as weapons in general. Castlevania, Neverwinter Nights and the Dark Souls series had whips. Dark Souls 2 powerstancing dual whips was spectacular, too.
I also want to see throwing weapons reintroduced, too. Except, yknow, as proper weapons, not limited ammo like they were in vanilla. Introduce throwing weapons and give Warriors and Demon Hunters a ranged dps spec revolving around them.

“Blizz wouldn’t want to animate them” is a tad weak.
Whips aren’t that complicated in the animation department. Now if this were a game that had a crap ton of physics then possibly. But WoW is only just recently putting that stuff in.

This is all done by one dude. Including alllllll those whip like tails. If one not even professional artist can do this, this would be a cakewalk for Blizz’s art team.
