As with anything else, I feel like I’m doing well healing, but I don’t know what you can do if people are getting one-shot. And so to that end it’s just living and dying by the DPS. Which I’d happily roll, but then we’re standing around waiting for healers…
I really like Torghast too and I wish there were meaningful rewards for doing it.
I’m always curious about this stance because for me the achievements are good enough. I don’t want the gear as the reward, I just want to improve in Torghast as I would with raiding.
Do you not consider achievements enough of a reward?

Almost every other activity rewards gear.
Perhaps gear could have a slot, like a gem slot, for torghast power? You get the gear, you can add torghast items to it, freely remove said item and place in new gear you get. That way you dont have to carry a whole set for just torghast?

Idea 1: New Heirlooms (and thus in the heirloom tab to be created at will and not taking up space) meant for Torghast.
Idea 2: Expand the armor sets system to allow you to create armor sets using pieces of gear that you don’t “physically” (bags/bank/void storage) possess but of course have owned, transmog with stats.
Idea 3: Put a storage locker in Torghast at the bubble. All your special Torghast gear is kept in there and can’t be taken outside of Torghast.
Idea 4: Let the game developers come up with their own ideas
