Yeah that looks terrible, the graphics quality is poor and there's no facial animations. Nothing you posted proves your point. Do you perhaps need an eye exam of your own?

Considering those images literally show how they DO have facial animations, I seriously question it.

I have bad eyes and I can see them without my glasses on.

Admittedly I have been playing Alliance this expansion, but I did the Horde follow quests in the beta and they looked really bad graphically, like 2012 level graphics (like goblins, admittedly I still love goblins though). The vulpera I followed did not have any facial animations at all, I looked specifically for them because people kept talking about how awesome vulpera are on the forums.

I say exactly the same about elves. The original night elves were enough, everything after that is too much garbage.

It's pretty amusing to see Tauren and Pandaren arguing against Vulpera.

It's even far more amusing to see Blood Elves arguing that the race doesn't belong in the Horde, given the reason Blood Elves were added to the faction to begin with.

Vulpera NPC's are the worst thing to ever happen to WoW. Playable ones would make this an absolute joke of what was once an amazing game and I hope Blizzard really, really considers if it's worth making a few adults who still watch Disney movies happy to bring their game to a place they can't take it back from.

I don't see anything wrong with Vulpera in the Horde- The Horde is generally a faction of outcasts and those who rely on each other to survive, which would fit their bill pretty perfectly.

As for Sethrak and Tortollan, can't really see them happening, as sad as it is to say. Sure, a reptilian race would be something really new, but for Sethrak there's the matter that their models are far lower quality than other playable races, as well as their limited amount of interaction with the Alliance outside of a reused quest set from the Horde campaign.
Tortollan simply seem unlikely from their general lifestyle, and the fact that they don't seem to have any dimorphism (which, neither do Sethrak) and that seems like something that would need a workaround for customization's sake.
