They generally do nerf the pve embellishments in pvp, so its very very likely this will get hit.
Feels like a bait and switch from blizzard atm honestly. You got me with the orc swap, You wont get me again!
Here’s the cloak at 447 ilevel. Even with a 60% nerf it will be strong.
