Well all level 20’s with a closed account can do it, no revenue stream for Blizz. Yeah and there is shenanigans at the XP off NPC’s going on, apparently that has been a thing for a while.

for the Resto Shaman situation is that it partially has the best gear situation in the 20 bracket period due to the Scales set giving an already very strong class the only set bonus(other classes like mages can use it for intellect too) (gives a decent amount of intellect in total and some secondary stats) this is on top of the enchants you already generally get. This leads them to be a powerhouse with their heals and dmg being generally higher than normal. But, even stronger since mana never goes down meaning they can use as much heals as they want with no worry. You definitely found the strongest imbalance of the bracket and I was intrigued to look at this situation when I saw it.

You would have to wait a long time watching them to get significant evidence since they are doing bgs of course for fun, would need to explain it in detail when reporting, and there is no guarantee they would stay there with a random person sitting there. Too much trouble and uncertainty for a highly unstable topic.

For me, i wouldnt mind having a pvp stat template option for when you turn your exp off. For example, when you que up for a battle ground with your xp turned off, you get asked if you want to add a pvp stat template. If you choose to do so, you get merged with the levelers and their ques. If you choose not to, you get placed with the competitive hardcore twinks.

legion was ok, except they forced everyone to have a pvp stat templet. It had its problems, but i feel if those that want to join the levelers with their exp off, then add a stat template to those that choose to do so. I for one loved logging in every once in a while in legion, pvping a few times, and going to bed or to work or wherever. More options and optimizations for playing the game is always good.
