Blizzard very explicitly said, nay, PROMISED that the appearances would not be obtainable after Legion ended, ever.

They also said that Heirlooms would not return in MoP Remix, but they did. They also stated that AOTC Mount would be gone by BFA launch, and the transmog would be gone in the BFA prepatch.
But they made their way back, somehow, even after that being said.

So either you want their word to be good, or you don’t.

Their word hasn’t been good for a long time, so see no reason why this should be different.

I’d actually love it if people could go back and get them, along with a host of other older FOMO content. I have a personal idea that legacy stuff should be obtainable,

But this thread has been done a hojillibillion times, and every time it’s pointed out that Blizzard swore they would never do it.

They said other stuff will not make it back, but they did, so they kind of dug it down there already by doing so.
