Prime Example:
Two Rares in the Whispering Pool area in the Hallowfall spawn in spots where getting into MELEE COMBAT with them unphases you from the echo event. It’s not only this area, and it’s not just rares, pick up drops in the visions are often in places where if you try to go to them they will despawn and you will fall out of the echo making it impossible to pick up.
Nothing worse then trying ot kill a rare and it’s health resetting 3 times because you steped into melee combat (As a melee class) and it dezoned. :\
