Please help - questions regarding haste

Hi,

I have a few very specific questions about haste.

1.) What’s the BASE GCD, and the lowest possible GCD? attainable through haste? 1 sec some sources saying .75 seconds? I thought it was 1 ?

2.) Would using an abilty I have with a 1.5 second cast time be a reasonable way of determining what my GCD is? (i.e., Regrowth is base 1.5 seconds cast. With my current haste it is a 1.1 second cast. Does this mean my GCD is at 1.1?

3.) Is there a script or macro to more easily tell me what my GCD value is at?

Base is 1.5s for all classes except Monk for which it is 1s.
Minimum is 0.75s

From what I understand, feral druid base GCD is 1 second and cannot be lowered, correct?

No. All spec GCS are affected by haste.
