I figured it out. It was from an add on, I reckon.
I have no solution as i never have quest text read to me.
Aside from the talking heads thing which is annoying enough.
Basically a bump so this dosent get lost too fast.
Read the quest text to you? I never heard of that before. Maybe it is an option you can toggle off.
I thought it might be something in accessibility, but nothing I change in there has any effect on it.
