Another 10% buff to living bomb and flamestrike… talents that still will never be taken by fire currently. This spec needs a complete overhaul at this point. Nothing feels good about it. Talent tree needs ANOTHER rework since living bomb takes up 8 nodes or something wild. They can buff living bomb 200% but until it does most of our single target and AoE damage it will never be taken. Just so garbage. Take the L Blizz and move on.

Half the tree is living bomb and flamestrike and the other half is pyroblast.
I HATE flamestrike as well. Worst AOE in game its clunky, weaving it during a rapid press combust is clunky. Aiming it in PVP during a match is clunky.
Pyroblast is useless in PVP and hits for pennies on the dollar.
At this point they need to dump every fire talent, ability and honor talent in the dumpster set it on fire.
Start over and create a better product. Stricly from a PVP standpoint its a griefer choice. Frost is better, provides better utility and peel, better burst, better instants, better casted and 2 blocks without the liability of glass cannon.
With homogenized mage utility there isn’t even a point to playing fire other then you just “like it”.
I don’t think any other class has a reached a point other then mage with fire that one spec is entirely irrelevant and inferior to its peer specs in every point pound for pound.

Just let us have it back as a button to press and stop ballooning everything with a bunch of modifier talents. Use those for flamestrike and meteor. Let living bomb be its own 300k+ explosion.

Sure. Overhaul it to Cataclysm Classic where Fire is peak design and #1 in ST, Cleave, and AoE… and it’s actually fun.
jk the devs never, ever use “past” specs because then they’d have to admit prior devs did a better job or whatever.
