Just give me back my normal Living bomb and try not to overbuff it by 800% and the nerf it into the ground again. Just give me a good dependable AoE for this spec.

Do you realy think dev have enough data after 20 years to balance the spec ?
Opening the balance folder and pressing + 50 % dmg require 20 email and call during a bloodmoon while a sharknado is happening…
Leaving the spec broken for a whole expact is the only way to go
Honestly, I’d be find with the damage if they made the proc rate much higher. 4% might happen more than you expect but it’s so crazy inconsistent for a chance of something that is primarily intended for AoE situations. If it procced 40% of the time the current damage, that feels under tuned, would be fine because it happens a lot for free.
There is something to be said for Frostfire’s Excess Fire talent though. As it very underwhelming for a “Hero” talent. For both Frost and Fire.
I always liked Living Bomb, but if the result is it being impossible to balance and leaving Fire with sub-tank damage, then I’m OK with removing it.
