Please Dont Make TBC Classic

Retail is amazing and has all xpacs already. Leave classic but as standalone. Otherwise players will beg for their fav xpac to be remade and that will divide the community. Then as you make these new standalone, more players will split from retail.

Let those that complain quit. Then all your loyal customers who arent so sensitive would happily pay a higher monthly charge. Everyone with a job, that is lol.

Theres no need for other standalone. Wow has never been better. Ans ahadowlands will make all xpacs challenging and rewards viable again. Which is why some dont go enjoy old content.

I love WOW. We need to appreciate all we get and let the dev’s make their vision. Every complaint with momentum distracts them from fulfilling their goals.

Well since you asked nicely, I’m sure Activision will let go of those millions of subscription dollars.

Blizzard.

There is no way you’re developing TBC when classic is still going through it’s phases.

But please make TBC classic so people can enjoy their favorite iteration of wow. And the karens can get angry that people are having fun

Blizzard treats it all as the same subscription. Business-wise it doesn’t matter to them which type of wow you play. From this point of view it doesn’t split the players at all. I play both, dabbling as I go.

There is a reasonable concern about splitting developer resources. But classic is more about updating tables and getting a few tuning issues taken care of. These assets are already there, for the most part.

Personally, I think of Karazan as one of the best raids ever made. It was fun, and had a fairly interesting story in it. And it wasn’t designed for running one and done. It was designed with the idea that players would progress a little at a time.

I, and others, look forward to various classic projects. Considering the level of investment needed, I don’t think Blizzard has many barriers to making classic xpacs. At this point, it would appear to be more foolish for them not to make classic.

I hope you continue to enjoy retail, as I do. But whether I dabble in classic, or retail, it’s all the same to Blizzard. I hope you understand why I disagree with you, OP.

Best of luck,

I’m pretty sure it’s going to happen, they even had a survey on how people wanted it to be implemented (if and when it happens).

TBC will be great and it will help pay for further development of retail.

How else will I get to ironically roll my eyes as my friend cries that Blizzard ruined Retail by throwing money at Blizzard for Classic.

you aren’t relevant at all, who are you? blizzard aint gonna listen to a nobody vs the millions of people that want tbc

TBC = “the backup plan” in case Shadowlands flops

Just like Classic was the plan B for BFA, it was “tied” to the BFA sub so no doubt it reduced the # of unsubs

i think wrath will be the last classic expansion. can you imagine classic cata? that’s an oxymoron. after wrath, WoW hit a steep downward spiral.

Cringe has a new definition.

Eh, I realize it probably won’t happen, but pservers can only get you so far into your favorite expansion lol.
