This dungeon is terrible.
The bosses are some of the buggiest messes ever.
Its littered with glitchy LoS problems on the docks
Player and mobs are CONSTANTLY falling through the airships
Druids cant use flight form in combat
Mobs despawn and respawn
This is not a mythic plus dungeon and will never be. It’s fundamentally broken until they remove the airship mechanics. It was better off as a scenario or bonus event.
EDIT - The funny thing is… all of these glitches are just common airship glitches we’ve seen in wow since vanilla. Which means they can’t fix these glitches. Which only proves my point more that this dungeon is forever bricked.

Yeah, i find the dungeon fun, but with the bugs and how easily things can go wrong in the second part, i would much prefer never dealing with this dungeon on a timer.
It’s a risky move making such a mechanic-heavy dungeon as a part of the first M+ season when they are already behind fixing bugs.
It probably should have been The Rookery instead, that one is pretty straightforward.

I think it could be great as long as they fix all the bugs. They tried some really interesting stuff with it. It just needs to function as intended xD

i would LOVE ZF as a mythic key!! i loved that place
I really like that dungeon too, but M+ players usually hate RP of any type, long dungeons or high enemy NPC density, and we get 2/3 on ZF.

all they have to do is have all the doors already open. and congolmerate some of those packs and it would be good. They could even make Gahzrilla an optional boss or something. damn i’d love to see them do some CLASSIC dungeons as keys.
As long as we can go to the original versions, sure.
I don’t like how we lose the OG dungeons to those revamps.

If they’re going to keep a dungeon out of M+ it should be City of Threads, not Dawnbreaker.
Plz forcefully allocate brains to players entering it then.
Only ran it a few times so far and someone is ALWAYS mass-pulling mobs in the city, tanks daintily avoid hitting minibosses until everyone else has already landed and gotten into combat with them, or flubbing their mid-combat mount button because the past 18 years have taught us you can’t do that.
The problem is that bosses just autoattacking and maybe doing a cleave if they’re feeling especially spicy doesn’t scale up super well.
Mechanic heavy isn’t the right word. Gimmicky is the right word. None of the fights are especially complicated, they just lean into gimmicks that aren’t very fun. Nobody likes what is essentially unskippable RP where you can’t actually make the fight go faster because the boss won’t take damage or die until it finishes its 20 year long cast.
Even with the last boss, people are already just not engaging with the dragonflying gimmick and just flying to its spawn for p2 and waiting for it to land.
