I would really like people to stop calling what is used in a wow minigame played by 0.1% of the wow population ‘meta’ and giving it so much unwarrented importance.
Aug is absolutely not overpowered in keys up to +10 which is where the vast majority of wow players stop, and up to that level, it’s almost always better to play dev anyway due to the higher damage.
Aug is really fun. I love playing it in raids and in m+ and would love it to feel stronger to play in lower keys when there are other dps who are less experienced and not as powerful.
I really enjoy the idea of empowering my allies, and though I am not against them changing the weighting towards personal damage to make things easier to balance, I would be super sad if they removed that element altogether.
