No, it really isn’t. The Horde side on my server is no better off. We have a peak online population of probably 500 at prime time during the weekends, Horde and Alliance combined.
Actually, it’s probably less than that. I’ll check next weekend and get back to this.
It’s the only thing we’ve got unfortunately.
They will only merge if that number of players is consistent , even during hype time releases.
So I guess you just have to wait
They could just layer like classic during busy times like the start of an expac
If that’s the sustained normal during peak play time for those realms, then I whole heartedly agree they need to merge and shut down the unnecessary realms.
I can’t think of a reasonable scenario that a for profit company would want to operate and maintain unnecessary infrastructure.

Yeah…The Venture Co. Needs to die, along with the 2 other realms connected to it. I moved there during the Legion prepatch and played during the launch hype. It was bad then, it’s way worse now.
I’m probably jumping ship and transferring off soon, since I only have to move this one character.

Hey galdor, If you watch the shadowlands Q and A ION actually stated that he would connect more realms. INFACT ION actually states that he would get right on it.
We’ll get right on that, soon tm. I agree please merge servers mine is so crippled.

I agree that more connections need to urgently be made high to low and medium to medium.
Aman’Thul is a nearly dead crapshoot.
We’re not connected at all. We’re dying. It’s hard to recruit off server because no one wants to join a dead server.
