Whether somebody is being carried or not depends on the quality of the rest of the group. A group of green/grey parsers who actually do the mechanics but might not have the optimal comp for parsing (aka no synergy) should be able to do content, abet slowly.
In that case somebody parsing greys would not be being carried, but if everybody was purple parsing but him, then yeah he would be getting carried.
